Considering the extremely low heating load in EU countries and the thermal insulation situations of most residential buildings worldwide, for residential apartments with a floor area less than 150 square meters, the output power of 18-24 kW can fully meet the heating needs of these residential apartments.
If considering heating comfort and energy saving issues, we recommend to use floor heating systems, because comparing to the radiator system, in a same indoor temperature environment, the floor heating system will increase the temperature felt by the human body by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius, and this may reduce 10-20% of energy consumption.
Whether in terms of reducing pollutant emissions or matching with low-temperature
floor heating systems, the condensing boiler is undoubtedly the best choice.

Domestic hot water solution for standard apartments
Ordinary apartment units are relatively small, and domestic hot water taps are rarely used at the same time. Under normal circumstances, two water taps are rarely used at the same time. The domestic hot water production rate of an instant gas wall-hung boiler with an output power of 18-24 kW can provide a minimum of 10.6 liters per minute and a maximum of 13.6 liters per minute when the temperature of cold water rises by 25°C, which can fully meet the needs of users’ daily needs.
In view of the ratio adjustment range of our condensing boiler up to an astonishing 1:10, that is, the minimum output power can reach 2.4 kW, so even in the hot summer, when the tap water flow drops below 6 liters per minute, the temperature of the domestic hot water could remain stable without over-cooling or over-heating.

Control system solution
After the boiler and heating system are selected, in order to achieve a better operation effect, various auxiliary control systems with different functions can be used as the follow:
On-off indoor temperature controller: This kind of controller controls the start and stop of the boiler through the sensed air temperature. It is very simple and convenient to operate, but it has fewer functions.
Outdoor temperature sensor: the heating water temperature of the boiler can no longer be controlled by the setting temperature on the boiler panel, but only controlled by the outdoor temperature according to the setting
of the outdoor temperature sensor, that is, when the outdoor temperature is lower, the heating water
temperaturewill be automatically increased to a higher level; when the outdoor temperature is higher, the
heatingwater temperature is automatically decreased to a lower level to improve heating comfort.
Weekly programmable controller: The comfort value and economic value of the indoor temperature at
different slots of the day during the week can be preset through the program, and the antifreeze protection
temperature can be set to achieve a comfortable and energy-saving heating effect.
Remote control: The remote control has all the functions of the weekly programmable controller. In addition, the
remote control can also set the temperature of domestic hot water and heating water, and also reset the boiler if necessary，so it could be installed in needed rooms to completely replace the control panel.
Controllers for zone heating: Make the use of the boiler more flexible and changeable, and can individually control
the heating temperature of each room to achieve energy-saving and comfortable effect.
Of course, in addition to the above-mentioned control system, the boiler has gradually realized remote control through the Internet and local area network using APP, which is more convenient and user-friendly.
